Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS1 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: KS1 Teacher
Location: Slough
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)

As our KS1 Teacher you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.

  • Support pupils in phonics reading writing and maths.

  • Assess progress and plan effectively to meet the needs of all learners.

  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom culture.

  • Collaborate with colleagues parents and support staff.

  • (If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.

We welcome applicants who:

  • Hold QTS and have experience teaching in KS1.

  • Have excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and phonics.

  • Are creative reflective and committed to inclusion.

  • Communicate effectively and build positive relationships.

  • Are open to leadership opportunities through a TLR.
