We are working with a highly regarded Outstanding secondary school in the Norwich area that is seeking a dedicated and creative Art Teacher to join their successful department from January. This is a full-time permanent role offering an excellent opportunity to teach in a school where the arts are genuinely valued and staff development is taken seriously rather than just talked about.
You will teach Art across KS3 and KS4 supporting students in developing strong technical foundations alongside confidence in personal creative expression. The department places a clear emphasis on experimentation visual literacy and critical thinking with students consistently producing high-quality coursework and examination outcomes.
The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum planning assessment and departmental development as well as the wider creative life of the school through displays exhibitions and enrichment opportunities. Experience teaching or supporting KS5 Art would be welcomed though it is not essential.
