We are working with a highly regarded Outstanding secondary school in the Watford area that is seeking a talented and creative Art Teacher to join their established and successful department from January. This is a full-time permanent role offering an excellent opportunity to work in a school where creativity is respected well-resourced and embedded into the wider school culture.
You will be responsible for teaching Art across KS3 and KS4 supporting students to develop strong technical skills creative confidence and the ability to critically evaluate their own work and that of others. The department promotes experimentation and individuality while maintaining high expectations around structure assessment and progress.
The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum planning marking and assessment and the wider creative life of the school including displays exhibitions and enrichment opportunities. Experience or interest in KS5 Art would be advantageous but is not essential.
