We are supporting a high-performing secondary school in the Bury St Edmunds area that is looking to appoint a committed and ambitious Science Teacher (ECT) from January. This is a full-time permanent position ideal for an Early Career Teacher seeking a structured and well-supported start.
You will teach KS3 and KS4 Science delivering lessons across Biology Chemistry and Physics that promote curiosity confidence and strong foundational understanding. The department uses a clear and consistent curriculum model enabling ECTs to develop effective classroom routines quickly.
You will be supported through a comprehensive ECT induction programme including regular mentoring meetings protected CPD time and a reduced teaching load during your first year.
