We are supporting a high-performing secondary school in the Ealing area that is looking to appoint a capable and enthusiastic Music Technician to support their thriving Music department from January. This is a full-time term-time role ideal for someone with a practical background in music or sound technology.
You will work closely with Music teachers to provide technical and logistical support across lessons rehearsals and performances. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining instruments supporting students during practical work and assisting with school concerts and events.
The role is essential to the smooth running of the department and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key duties include:
Setting up classrooms rehearsal spaces and performance areas
Maintaining musical instruments and sound equipment
Supporting students during practical and ensemble work
Assisting with performances recordings and events
Organising resources and equipment storage
