Required Skills : Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field. 15 years of experience in relevant programming languages software development principles and a proven track record of leading large-scale architectural initiatives. Experience in building and leading high-performing architect teams is preferred. Makes independent decisions on complex architectural challenges solution design and long-term technical vision within their area of expertise. Significantly influences strategic architectural decisions for the organization. Escalates major strategic decisions or significant technical challenges to senior leadership
