Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field * Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise-level HRIS or IT systems projects * Hands-on background in HRIT or HR business relationship management; experience with SAP HCM modules (Workforce Employee Central Payroll Benefits Hire-to-Retire) and/or SuccessFactors strongly preferred * Strong understanding of HR business processes and end-to-end HR lifecycle * Excellent communication facilitation and negotiation skills with the ability to work across functional and technical teams * Familiarity with IT demand management and IT service frameworks (e.g. ITIL) * Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate work across internal and external teams
