3-5 Must Haves	Strong SAP TMS 6 years of experience in SAP TM implementations including at least one full-cycle project as a functional lead. Hands-on SAP TM configuration experience. Understanding of SAP SD/MM/WM/EWM and finance integration points. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Knowledge of EDI standards and carrier integration processes. Transportation or logistics industry experience (e.g. wholesale retail distribution).

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field * Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise-level HRIS or IT systems projects * Hands-on background in HRIT or HR business relationship management; experience with SAP HCM modules (Workforce Employee Central Payroll Benefits Hire-to-Retire) and/or SuccessFactors strongly preferred * Strong understanding of HR business processes and end-to-end HR lifecycle * Excellent communication facilitation and negotiation skills with the ability to work across functional and technical teams * Familiarity with IT demand management and IT service frameworks (e.g. ITIL) * Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate work across internal and external teams
