conducting project evaluation & feasibility studies of the proposed project and schemes.
2. Ensuring Architectural Design Civil Structural Design and Design of MEPS systems as
per the prevailing National Building Codes local Building bye-laws IGBC/LEED
guidelines.
3. To present the organizations project in appropriate forums such as MCGM concerned
Local Municipal / State / National Government Authorities to help obtain necessary
approvals for the various Projects of the Business.
4. Lead / Assist in the Business with Project Appraisals Development of Construction
Materials and related research Coordinate with Customers / End users Design /
Technical Consultants Suppliers & Business Partners to help Design and Develop
appropriate solutions as per Stakeholder expectations that help create the right product /
service differentiation which can yield a much better ROI
5. Design Conceptualization ability for Development of Construction Projects (Industrial
Residential & Commercial) and integration of various elements of Design namely;
Architecture Structure MEP Services Landscape Interior Lighting Fa ade Green
Building compliance (IGBC/LEED) for real estate development of large projects.
6. Spearhead and anchor entire design process to ensure design has high marketability
functional & economical soundness provision of great environment for users
7. Appoint appropriate International AOR & Design Consultants and Contractors/Vendors -
developing RFPs Design briefs comparative analysis negotiations and drafting up
Agreements ensuring End to end delivery of Design and Project management.
8. Value Engineering / Value design Cost engineering / Cost optimization through design
Knowledge in Construction Technologies Product optimization as per business
requirements Technical due diligence & other process required during preconstruction
stage.
9. Develop and establish Checks and Measures to ensure detailing in outputs for
construction activity.
10. Ensure Design Validation process through personal visits to Sites Interaction with end
users feedback from customers and incorporating the same into design and
development process.
