Job Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing coding and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams utilizing modern frameworks and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing software components to ensure they align with the latest technological advancements and business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.- Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks.- Experience with agile methodologies and practices.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
