Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Google CCAI Developer to lead the migration of conversational intents entities and dialog flows from IBM Watson Assistant to Google Cloud Dialogflow / CCAI Flow Designer.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both Watson Assistant and Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) platforms with a strong background in conversational AI design intent mapping and API integrations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless migration improved NLU accuracy and optimized customer experience across digital and voice channels.
