Job Description:
- General administrative office work research and data analysis generated from Board(s) and licensees.
- Document review and analysis.
Skills required:
- Electronic Database file management
- Confidentiality and privacy
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Teams Outlook and Excel. PowerPoint preferred but not required.
- Professional courtesy and customer service skills by phone and email.
- Ability to multi-task and process incoming volume of documents
Desired Skills:
- MS Word Excel and Outlook. Email etiquette communication with the public.
- Great communicator team player independently motivated time-management interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office working independently Problem solving.
- MS Office
Woking hours:
- 7 hours between the core work hours 7a-5p to be approved
- Lunch period (Unpaid): 30 Mins OR 1 Hour
