1. Support in planning & execution of Career Services strategies
2. Managing database without supervision
3. Posting opportunities on the placement portal.
4. Conduct and supervise batch launch/interventions/briefing sessions for the students
5. Should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment drives
6. Collecting feedback from students/ account managers
7. Preparing the data for weekly and monthly placement reports
8. Maintain a clear dashboard of the current status of all the drives in progress.
9. Prepare and execute an action plan on the basis of shared feedback and suggestions.
10. Promote a culture of positivity collaboration continuous improvement and commitment to quality in all aspects of career services activities
Eligibility-
1. Education - Graduation - Preferably MBA in HR
2. Experience - 0-2 years (preferably in placement operations)
