At InHealth our Healthcare Assistants are key to delivering high-quality patient-focused care. Youll work across multiple sites in Manchester supporting patients throughout their ENT appointments and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. What youll be doing:

• Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for
• Preparing patients for procedures and chaperoning them as needed
• Completing forms updating records and keeping our systems accurate
• Supporting clinicians to make sure every appointment runs like clockwork
• Keeping clinical areas clean safe and ready for use
• Helping with calls supplies and anything else that helps the team thrive

What were looking for:

• Someone who enjoys working in different settings and can travel between sites
• A calm empathetic communicator with great attention to detail
• A team player whos happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient systems
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role
