Were partnering with a large PE-backed multi-site services organization executing a high-volume national acquisition strategy. The Corporate Development team is expanding due to sustained deal flow. This is a net-new role built to increase execution capacity - not a replacement. The Role (Execution-First)
- This is a hands-on M and amp;A execution role not origination and not arm-chair strategy.
- Once an LOI is signed you run the deal.
Youll:
- Lead end-to-end deal execution post-LOI
- Coordinate analysts associates legal operations and third-party diligence providers
- Oversee financial analysis and quality control on models and diligence outputs
- Keep multiple deals moving in parallel with discipline and clarity
- Build and document repeatable execution processes
- Surface risks early and keep senior stakeholders informed
- This is a quarterback role in a high-velocity M and amp;A environment.
Deal Environment
5 active LOIs at any given time
10-15 deals in motion across stages
Typical targets:
- $300k$1M EBITDA
- Purchase prices in the single to low double-digit millions
Performance is judged on execution quality and capacity not deal count
What Success Looks Like
First 3 months
- Ramp quickly and add value immediately
- Close at least one live deal
- Build credibility with senior leadership
6 months
- Independently run multiple deals
- Own timelines coordination and execution rhythm
12 months
- Improve and scale execution processes
- Become a trusted execution lead within the team
Qualifications
Strong Fit
- 5 years in Big 4 Transaction Services Deal Advisory Corporate Finance or similar
- CPA or strong accounting foundation
- Comfortable working with messy real-world financials
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized calm and effective under volume pressure
Nice to Have
- Roll-up / multi-site acquisition experience
- Healthcare or services exposure
- French language skills
Tools and amp; Systems
- Excel: must be very strong
- PowerPoint: Monthly board and deal update decks
- SharePoint
- CRM: Microsoft Dynamics (deal tracking)
