What This Role Looks Like (Day-to-Day)
Lead intentional high-quality conversations with growth-driven individuals
Coach awareness decision-making and mindset shifts using a proven framework
Identify alignment challenges and next-level opportunities
Guide people toward solutions that match their goals and standards
Build trust-based relationships rooted in integrity and leadership
Strengthen your communication influence and entrepreneurial skill set
Use simple AI-supported tools to manage outreach and workflow
Work remotely. You set your schedule environment and pace.
