Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer Trainee to join our remote development team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build practical hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development while working under the guidance of senior developers. The trainee will participate in real projects structured learning sessions and code reviews to develop industry-ready technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development testing and maintenance of web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Support the implementation of user-facing features and server-side logic.
- Write clean readable and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers designers and project managers in a fully remote environment.
- Participate in code reviews debugging and performance optimization activities.
- Document technical processes features and learnings as required.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies frameworks and development tools.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of web development concepts including HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one front-end framework or library (e.g. React Vue or Angular) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g. PHP Python or Java).
- Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn accept feedback and continuously improve technical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to RESTful APIs and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or deployment tools.
- Experience working on academic personal or internship-based development projects.
