Role: RM – Direct
Location: Ahmedabad
Positions: 5
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Drive Dates: 16th Dec to 20th Dec
About the Role:
This is a direct sales role focused on sourcing Home Loan and LAP business through open market acquisition. The RM will be responsible for customer acquisition lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source Home Loan and LAP cases through direct field sales
• Conduct market visits cold calling and customer meetings
• Generate new client acquisition and maintain sales pipeline
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for disbursement
• Achieve assigned targets for login and disbursement
• Ensure documentation and policy compliance
• Maintain strong customer relationships
