Goal of the project:
To identify impediments in the current processes in the Customer Services domain by modelling the current processes according to ArchiMate & TOGAF standards to enable faster Cabin upgrades for an aircraft

Activities to perform:
Process modelling diagrams interviewing stakeholders Exports from Archi to EA Sparx & vice-versa

Mandatory skills needed:
BPM Interviewing Google Workspace
