Remote Record Retrieval Agent Responsibilities:
- Submit 2530 high-quality records requests daily with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all requests are completed in accordance with established timelines and workflow standards.
- Proactively manage and resolve all issues assigned under your name in a timely manner.
- Keep the requesting queue up to date preventing backlogs and ensuring smooth workflow continuity.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams vendors and external facilities.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when facing obstacles delays or incomplete information.
- Identify challenges early and take initiative in finding effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive supportive team environment.
- Be adaptable and open to changes in processes systems or workload demands.
- Maintain a high level of organization and follow established documentation and tracking procedures.
- Escalate complex issues promptly when additional support or decision-making is needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and privacy regulations when handling records.
- Participate actively in team meetings training sessions and workflow improvement discussions.
- Demonstrate accountability for individual performance and contribution to team goals.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy when communicating with medical providers and external offices.
- Use available tools resources and technology efficiently to streamline the requesting process.
- Monitor request progress and follow up as needed to ensure timely receipt of records.
- Maintain consistent productivity while ensuring high-quality work.
- Show initiative by offering suggestions for process improvements.

- Advanced english level (must)
- Previous experience in a contact center setting
- Ability to communicate efficiently
- Basic proficiency with Windows applications

- A person with a Customer Service Representative background in english could also be considered*

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Law Legal Studies or a related field. Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferably with a U.S.-based law firm. Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems processes and terminology. Proficient in legal research tools (e.g. Westlaw LexisNexis) and office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours. Advanced level of english is mandatory Have a laptop/desktop and headphones to do the job Steady internet connection Previous experience in a similar field in english will be highly considered but not mandatory 100% remote work
