Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization. Your primary focus will be on utilizing project management methodologies tools and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans including scope goals deliverables timelines and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met. Monitor project progress identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams providing guidance support and feedback as necessary. Foster a collaborative work environment encouraging effective communication and teamwork. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members ensuring clarity and accountability.
Stakeholder Management: Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels. Engage and communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations. Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among project stakeholders. Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation including project charters plans status reports and change requests. Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track project progress tasks and issues. Prepare regular reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management.
Agile/Scrum Methodology: Implement and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies within the project team. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and tools particularly Agile/Scrum. Proficiency in using project management software such as JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on collaboration and communication.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Good to have Certifications: GCP Professional Data Engineer Elastic Certified Engineer AI Gemini Enterprise Vertex AI Agent Builder ADK Non-Technical & Leadership Skills Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Mentorship & Coaching: Proven experience in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical roadblocks. Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrates a high level of responsibility for project outcomes system reliability and code quality. Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage expectations and build consensus across different teams. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Typically 7 years of progressive experience in data engineering with 2 years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
