Job Summary

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO SEM social media email display and content marketing).

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

Oversee website performance user experience and conversion optimization strategies.

Analyze campaign performance data and prepare actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales product and design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer engagement.

Stay updated on emerging digital trends tools and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

57 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience in marketing or advertising agencies is a must

Proven expertise in digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads Facebook Ads SEO tools analytics platforms).

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies (preferred).

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Strong communication leadership and project management abilities.

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
