Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Full Time Concierge for a community in Baltimore Maryland. **Must be able to work M-F 3pm-11pm** As a Concierge you are the face of the community. Every day is an opportunity for you to deliver a superior customer service experience in turn building a sense of community. You will be the first point of contact welcoming residents guests and visitors as they arrive.

Essential Job Functions:

Orchestrate the flow of the lobby and manage the packages and other deliveries making sure every situation you handle ends with a smile.
Be the communication center providing residents community communication
Be dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with residents while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the maximum number of lease renewals.
Must have reliable transportation and live within 20 minutes of Baltimore Inner Harbor
