Position Overview:
A growing private anesthesia practice in the Appleton WI area is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their expanding team. This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary ranging from $220000 to $235000 annually and provides a rare opportunity for excellent work-life balance with no nights weekends or on-call shifts. The schedule is flexible allowing you to choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days per week complemented by a generous 6 to 8 weeks of paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.

Job Requirements:
