While Designers set the trends for new ranges Merchandisers do the strategic thinking that decides where those ranges will be available. Will the next big thing be our next big seller It could be your call. Youll make decisions that have an impact on the profitability of your brand. Theres more to it than number crunching. Its why your style of thinking is so important. Youll be the sort of plugged-in offbeat thinker who can spot the trends to grow sales. Youll help make sure our products are in the right place at the right time whether its in-store or online. Were looking for an efficient communicator willing to take initiatives and project-oriented intern to join our Merchandising Team in our European headquarters in Brussels.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Youll analyze our performance results (sell-in/sell-out) and create reports and visualize the performance.

• Youll support and prepare product presentations to cross functional partners.

• Youll assess our benchmark competitors.

• Youll learn how to use PLM & other data systems to provide data support.

• Youll help the sell-in session organization and provide support.

• Youll manage the samples - sample organization/unpacking - sample/sale organization when needed

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a degree Retail Marketing Business Management or related studies or you have finished your studies within the last year.

• Youre passionate about Fashion and you are motivated to learn more about this sector.

• Youre comfortable communicating effectively with colleagues and different partners.

• Skilled in analytics

• Youre proficient in PowerPoint and on Excel (can perform complex functions) to manage a big database and familiar with pivot tables VLOOKUPs and other analysis skills.

• You have hands-on mentality always ready to take on new challenge and finding new solutions to problems.

• Youre a team worker flexible and enjoy doing different tasks at the same time.

Start date: ASAP - For 6 minimum 6 months renewable.

This is ahybrid positionbased in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the officethree days per week though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
