This role is crucial in supporting the HR function across various campuses and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while promoting a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Handle recruitment processes by sourcing interviewing and placing candidates in alignment with the companys needs.
- Manage employee onboarding programs and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support employee relations efforts addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in the region to ensure compliance.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and employee development initiatives.
- Manage employee records and HR databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the management on performance management systems and talent development strategies.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles preferably in multinational companies or the power sector.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the region.
- Experience with HR software and personnel management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Certification in HR-related fields (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is a plus.
