What You Will Do

Provide data analysis and business insights to increase revenue by utilizing data from Coupang Ads
Create a data-driven decision-making environment with the insight from various analysis to solve bottleneck on Sales team
Define analytical framework perform various analytics and automate reports for Ads Sales.

Basic Qualifications

A bachelors degree or higher in relevant major such as mathematics statistics etc.
More than 5 years of data analysis and practical experience
Skilled in data processing/extraction/analysis/reporting using SQL (R or Python)
Experience in solving problems by establishing and verifying hypotheses using various analytical techniques and deriving logical inferences and insights based on the results
Experience in collaborating with various relevant teams and leading projects with data-based communication and proposals based on your own analysis results
Ability to guide the direction of team members as a team manager and manage team members so that they can grow

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power-BI)
Experience in business consulting based on data analysis
Business English
Exposure to ML based modelling techniques nice to have but not essential
