Job Summary
The Escalation Team Associate in Wealth Management Operations (WM Operations) plays a critical role in supporting high-profile Financial Advisors and their staff. This position focuses on managing case inquiries providing escalation support overseeing K1 processing and executing ad-hoc projects related to Alternative Investment transactions. The role is not phone-based and requires effective written communication subject matter expertise and a proactive approach to process improvement. The Associate reports to one of the Alternative Investments Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
>Serve as a primary escalation point for complex Alternative Investment transaction cases ensuring prompt and accurate resolution for Financial Advisors and their teams.
>Manage and track case inquiries through internal systems and status updates.
>Coordinate and process K1 tax documents ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and timely delivery to clients.
>Support and execute ad-hoc operational projects to enhance process efficiency and service quality.
>Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce escalations and streamline operations.
>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Operations Technology and Compliance teams to resolve complex inquiries and implement solutions.
>Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Alternative Investments and Wealth Management operational procedures.
>Uphold the highest standards of client service confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Required Qualifications
>Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
>1-3 years of professional experience in financial operations wealth management or alternative investments.
>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
>Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internal case management systems.
>Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
