The Opportunity
The Faculty of Business and Economics is seeking to appoint a Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) who will advance the Universitys academic mission by shaping a vibrant and innovative learning and research environment. These positions will drive scholarly engagement and strengthen the disciplines profile through meaningful contributions that enrich the broader intellectual community.
As the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer you will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures tutorials and seminars guiding student learning and contributing to research activities within the discipline. At Level B you will coordinate subjects develop learning materials and support honours and postgraduate students in their research. At Level C you will lead course development oversee major research projects direct research teams and take a broader role in academic administration and committee planning.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate strong academic expertise advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse academic and professional settings. At Level B you will bring growing research capability with proficiency in statistical analysis manuscript preparation curriculum development and sustained teaching effectiveness. At Level C you will demonstrate leadership in research a substantial publication record success in securing external funding and proven capability in coordinating courses and supervising postgraduate researchers supported by a strong commitment to collegial and scholarly engagement.
