About Prosperous Robotics
Prosperous Robotics builds intelligent motion-analysis and coaching systems combining mobile technologies 3D human models and advanced AI agents. The product will live in the US market at the end of 2025 and Prosperous Robotics want to set up an additional team for adapting and enhancing the app for the UNBROKEN Center to support rehabilitation for Ukrainian veterans.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer to build the native Android application from scratch for an AI-powered fitness and rehabilitation product.
The application uses motion analysis exercise recognition and renders a 3D avatar that provides real-time corrective feedback. Youll collaborate in a senior highly autonomous tribe model and interact closely with the iOS and Backend/AI teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop a native Android app (Kotlin/Java) optimized for complex motion graphics and exercise animations.
Implement sensor-based movement tracking and integration with 3D avatar rendering.
Integrate with Backend/AI services.
Work within a senior-only proactive engineering environment.
Collaborate with DevOps QA and cross-functional squads.
Contribute ideas proactively identify issues and improve solutions continuously.

Requirements

710 years of Android development experience.
Strong expertise in Kotlin/Java and Native Android SDK.
Experience with motion tracking sensor data animations or graphics-heavy applications nice to have
Familiarity with rendering 3D models (OpenGL Sceneform Filament Unity is a plus) nice to have
Ability to design scalable app architecture from the ground up.
Strong communication and initiative in team collaboration.

Nice to Have

Experience with fitness rehab biomechanics AR/3D sensors or computer vision.
