Responsibilities
Assist with event setup coordination and breakdown
Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution

Collaborate with team members to meet event timelines and objectives
Ensure event spaces are prepared according to guidelines and standards
Respond promptly to on-site needs or adjustments during events
