Job Summary

Metro PT a leading outpatient rehabilitation provider with 50 locations across Long Island and the greater New York region is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our organizations growth strategy. This senior executive will oversee all sales business development referral outreach and marketing functions including digital marketing brand management and patient acquisition. 

This is a highly visible hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth expanding physician referrals and ensuring strong brand presence across all Metro PT markets. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals. 

  • Lead growth initiatives that drive patient acquisition across physician referral channels digital platforms and community outreach. 

  • Partner closely with the Executive Team to forecast growth evaluate new market opportunities and shape long-term business strategy. 

Team Leadership 

  • Build mentor and lead a high-performing sales marketing and physician liaison team. 

  • Establish performance metrics KPIs and accountability structures. 

  • Foster a culture of collaboration professional development and results-driven performance. 

Business Development & Referral Growth 

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with physicians medical groups hospital networks and other healthcare partners. 

  • Oversee referral development processes and ensure consistent engagement with key referral sources. 

  • Identify new partnerships service lines and market expansion opportunities. 

Digital & Brand Marketing 

  • Oversee all digital marketing functions including website strategy SEO/SEM social media content strategy and online reputation management. 

  • Ensure consistent compelling brand messaging across all patient and provider touchpoints. 

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support growth targets and enhance patient experience. 

Patient Acquisition & Retention 

  • Drive initiatives that increase direct-access patient volume. 

  • Implement patient retention programs and reputation-building strategies that convert satisfied patients into advocates. 

  • Monitor patient satisfaction trends and identify opportunities for improvement. 

Performance & Reporting 

  • Analyze market trends referral patterns digital performance metrics and patient volume data. 

  • Report regularly to the Executive Team on sales and marketing performance KPIs ROI and strategic outcomes. 

  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns referral strategies and team performance. 


Qualifications :

  • 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare sales marketing or business development; experience in physical therapy outpatient rehab or multi-site healthcare strongly preferred. 

  • 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and marketing teams. 

  • Proven track record driving multi-channel patient acquisition and provider referral growth. 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing brand management and data analytics. 

  • Excellent communication leadership and relationship-building skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $155000-$170000. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
