We are building out a new recruitment team responsible for closing advanced global roles.
Sourcing is an integral part of this process.

Your role:
- Advanced sourcing which includes building and maintaining a healthy pipeline both for existing and future openings
- Exploring new ways and approaches in sourcing finding untapped pools of talent
- Owning a recruitment tech stack: ATS (Lever) LinkedIn contact info databases
- Partner closely with global recruitment team
What you bring:
- 0.5 years of experience in sourcing
- Strong research skills (both directly related to sourcing and general ability to do a research)
- Persistency and ability to sift through big amounts of information
- Analytical mindset
- English skills (B1)
