Job Summary

As Product Manager for Textile assortment Bedroom & Bathroom at H&M HOME you will have responsibility for one of the largest purchasing budgets in the interior industry. Youll lead the product team with a clear vision and plan moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This role requires both craftmanship in product development and the ability to drive business results through category planning strong commercial belief and setting top orders that fuel growth and profitability. 

Youll work cross-functionally across HOME assortment teams and other functions such as sales visual and marketing facilitating close collaboration to achieve the best customer offer and experience overseeing all operational aspects.  

This is a strong leadership role within our HOME division. Youll lead a team of 7 people with significant ownership over strategy and vision. Your ability to lead complex teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration will be key to success in this role.

In this role you will take ownership of the category strategy and lead the development of an assortment that reflects current interior design trends customer relevance and brand identity. You will translate insights and trends into actionable product decisions that drive growth profitability and brand impact for H&M HOME. 

WHAT YOULL DO 

You will: 

  • Define and execute a clear category strategy balancing creativity commerciality and operational precision 

  • Identify and act on emerging interior design trends as well as utilize customer competitor and selling insights to develop the best Customer offer and secure current and commercial products and assortment. 

  • Lead the product team through the full product development cycle from concept to execution 

  • Collaborate closely with design planning production merchandising visual to secure seamless execution 

  • Continuously refine assortment and component strategies based on performance customer insights selling data and market shifts 

  • Ensure products deliver unbeatable value for money by balancing style quality price and sustainability 

  • Optimize the product mix and global planning to meet customer demand across every region and channel 

  • Foster a culture of ambition agility and ownership within the product team 

  • Lead confidently through change and complexity adapting strategies and ways of working to stay ahead 
     


Qualifications :

WHO YOU ARE 

Were looking for someone with a passion for HOME interior a keen eye for trends and the ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking. You thrive in leading teams driving projects forward and navigating complexity with confidence. Youre curious collaborative and comfortable making decisions that shape the future of our HOME assortment. 

We believe you have: 

  • In-depth knowledge of the interior design and/or retail industry with a strong sense of style and trends 

  • A strong track record of leading successful teams 

  • A customer-centric mindset with clear understanding of target customers 

  • Proven track record in creating current commercial and profitable products 

  • Omni-channel knowledge and focus 

  • Demonstrated communication collaboration and leadership skills 

  • The ability to work fully independently and proactively with business drive and ownership for the category in all aspects 

  • Attention to detail and a qualitative look and feel for HOME interior products 

  • The ambition to bring H&M HOME to an industry-leading position and the ability to engage in frequent travel

This is a fulltime position based in Stockholm starting in the new year. You will report to the Assortment Manager.
