Job Summary
- Design and develop custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Implement and customize Service Cloud features including case management knowledge base and customer portals.
- Create and maintain Apex classes triggers and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations for improved performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Expertise in REST API integration and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with retail and e-commerce business processes.
- Knowledge of customer service operations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.
