Job Summary

Position Overview

OneScreen Solutions is a leading provider of EdTech infrastructure dedicated to simplifying technology adoption for educational districts and enterprise organizations globally. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to spearhead our internal automation initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and maintaining high-performance automation workflows. This role requires a hybrid skill set combining software engineering (TypeScript/JavaScript) API integration strategy and the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create autonomous agents that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Architecture:

Design develop and maintain complex automation pipelines using n8n to streamline business processes across sales customer support and operations.

AI Agent Deployment:

Engineer production-grade AI agents. Implement sophisticated tool-calling logic and reasoning capabilities to automate multi-step tasks.

System Integration:

Orchestrate seamless data flow between AI systems and core enterprise platforms including CRMs SQL databases and third-party APIs.

Prompt Engineering & Optimization:

Develop and refine prompt strategies to ensure consistent structured and reliable outputs from LLMs.

Performance Engineering:

Monitor workflow latency reliability and cost efficiency.

Custom Development:

Write custom TypeScript/JavaScript code blocks within automation workflows to handle complex logic that exceeds native node capabilities.

Qualifications :

Essential Skills

Automation Platforms:
Expert-level proficiency in n8n is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate experience building state-aware looping and complex workflows.

Programming:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript specifically in the context of API manipulation and data transformation.

AI & LLMs:
Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI Anthropic Gemini) via API. Understanding of context windows token management and temperature settings.

API Architecture:
Deep understanding of RESTful services webhooks JSON data structures and authentication standards (OAuth Bearer Tokens).

Database Management:
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL) and an understanding of data modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced AI Orchestration:
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):
Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone Supabase FAISS) and embedding strategies.

Cloud Infrastructure:
Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.

Data Engineering:
Experience with Python for data pipelines or ETL processes.
