Job Summary
Key responsibilities
- IBM ODM developer Design develop and maintain business rules using IBM ODM (Decision Center & Decision Server).
- Configure and implement ruleflows decision tables decision trees and action rules.
- Work closely with business analysts to translate business policies into executable rules.
- Develop and manage XOM/BOM models and ensure proper object modeling for rule authoring.
- Integrate ODM with enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs Java and other middleware components. Implement testing strategies including rule unit testing scenario testing and decision validation.
- Manage deployment versioning and governance of rules across environments.
- Optimize rule performance and troubleshoot rule execution issues.
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure rules align with overall system design.
- Provide production support debugging and maintenance for decision services.

- REST Testing concepts (Strong)
- Debugging (Strong)
- Release and deployment
- IBM ODM (Decision Center & Decision Server).
