Job Summary

Payroll & Compensation Administration 

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule coordinating closely with external providers and internal finance. 

  • Collect verify and input all payroll-related data including new hires terminations salary changes bonuses and deductions. 

  • Administer employee benefits programs ensuring accurate enrollment and changes. 

  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. 

  • Respond to employee queries regarding payroll benefits and compensation. 

HR Administration & Support 

  • Manage and maintain all HR records and personnel files (digital and physical) with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality. 

  • Administer the full employee lifecycle documentation from offer letters and onboarding paperwork to contract amendments and offboarding records. 

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets coordinating first-day logistics and ensuring all initial paperwork is complete. 

  • Assist in drafting HR-related communications policies and procedural documents. 

  • Process and track HR-related invoices and expenses for the department. 

  • Provide administrative support for performance management cycles learning & development initiatives and employee engagement activities. 

  • Assist with compliance checks ensuring all administrative practices adhere to Italian labor laws and internal guidelines. 

Crew Support & Data Management 

  • Assist in maintaining accurate crew data within HR and scheduling systems. 

  • Support the coordination of crew schedules by accurately recording changes absences and leaves. 

  • Compile data for various HR reports including headcount attendance and payroll summaries. 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in HR administration with significant exposure to payroll processing. 

  • Demonstrated understanding of Italian labor laws and payroll regulations. 

  • Exceptional organizational skills meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. 

  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). 

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. 

  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
