About the role:
Working in partnership withour clienttheaccount Global Program director Operation director andthe Global teamlead the roledeliverson astronglevel ofoperations commercials and problem solving. Theyare responsible forhelping driveinnovations in theaccountand measuring success. They willhavean active role indevelopingtheoperatingmodel fortheaccountas we learn and optimise with the support ofemerging AI technologies.
This roledevelops and buildsstrong relationships with clients at alllevels becoming a trusted and valued advisor. They also are the go-to person forthe internal team particularly the client services team.
What you will be doing:
OPERATIONS
- Identifydevelopand document any existing and new process
- Implement new processes andnew technologiesacross the teams
- Continuous improvement - looking for opportunities to improve existing workflows that canbenefitour client and our team
- Responsible for ensuring the team is adhering to processes
- Tracking agreed scope vs brief requests across the account flagging inconsistencies and or scope creep.
- Supportsinthe delivery of growth targets & annual KPIs for the account.
- Escalationpointif the client or internal SLAs and processes are not adhered to or where there are process gaps. Ensure that these are captured along with a suggestion for improvement
- Ensuring SOW delivery ona timelymanner and planning of resources to manage regional peaks and troughs in workload
COMMERCIALS
- Ensure our OMG platformis always up to datebysupportingtheteamwith campaign management best practise. This is the source of ourrevenue and billingprocesses.
- Weekly monitoring of team utilisation out of scope projects status and growth opportunities
- Supporting theglobal ops team inset up and delivery of thecommercial model in OMG prebill drawdown projects intercompany POs and IIAs.
- Overallvisibility andvalidationoftheaccountcommercialssupporting the leaderships withprofitability accuracy of forecastinglate payment as well as fee negotiations
- Oversightfor theaccountsSOW process and commercials offer
REPORTING
- Working with our Data Analyst to ensurethe teams keepdatain our OMG systemmaintainedwith an 98% data accuracy.
- Reporting on adoption and delivery of campaign content through the Pencil platform
- Supportingclientsand internalteams ontrainingofthe dashboard
- Caterforanyad hocreport requirements
- Review and ensure all MI Reports are delivered as peragreedSLAvia our monthly reporting packs
What you need to be great in this role:
- A strong number-orientated operator withexperienceinimplementationoperationsandagency ways of working
- AI &Digital native close to the latest digital trends
- Being able to define best practice and creative processes
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- First-rate communications skillswith the ability to be articulate in person and in writingandstrong presentation skillswith an innate rapport build
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilstmaintainingagency service.
- Highly entrepreneurial and willing to refine the key skills for running a business
- Extremely well organised with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExceland other related software.
- Technical competence and understanding of the creative process/ working within a creative environment.
- Fundamental grasp of project management methodologies.
