Job Summary
The Customer Acquisition team within the Send team is tackling one of Wises most critical challenges: helping new users complete their first international transfer. Too many people drop off before they succeeda huge opportunity to remove friction and help millions move money more easily.
How youll contribute
Understand our customers deeply. Build empathy for first-time users navigating cross-border transfers.
Own complex ambiguous problems. Work across the acquisition funnelentry points recipient creation funding and first transfer completion.
Think creatively and divergently. Drive improvements that increase clarity convenience trust and joy.
Leverage AI. Explore assistive and co-pilot experiences that guide first-time users through unfamiliar processes.
Experiment rapidly. Prototype and validate ideas with real user behaviour before committing to full builds.
Collaborate closely. Work with your PM EM Engineers and Content Designer to ship impactful work.
Raise the bar. Set high standards for design quality and help grow the craft within the Send Experience Group.

Strong portfolio. Well-crafted impactful work that solves real problems for real people.
Conversion experience. Youve worked on onboarding funnels or activation challenges.
AI fluency. You use AI in your workflows and are excited to explore AI-assisted user experiences.
Craft and systems thinking. Strong visual and interaction design skills with experience using design systems at scale.
Evidence-based and collaborative. You design in the open articulate decisions clearly and bring others on the journey.
