As part of the Central People & Culture department we are looking for a proactive detail-oriented and eager to learn intern to join our Global Talent Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that help shape Accors Talent Management strategy. The position is dynamic and varied - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
Missions:
Duration of the internship : 6 months
Start date: January or February 2026
Helping to market internally Accors global Talent Management strategy.
Preparing high-impact PowerPoint presentations and internal communication materials.
Coordinating administrative elements: organizing meetings drafting minutes supporting facilitation.
Conducting benchmarking and research into best practices in Talent Management.
Support key milestones of change management rollout for new HR initiatives. Such as development of change management content: toolkits user guides one-pagers.
Qualifications :
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Detail oriented adaptable and able to anticipate needs
Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
Technical Proficiency
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (deck creation and storytelling)
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (data formatting formulas light automation)
Experience with working on Canva is a plus
Mindset & Work Ethic
Curious and eager to explore Talent Management and HR global strategies and initiatives
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel and independently
Team-oriented with a problem-solving approach
Enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and committed to service excellence
Your Background
Fresh graduate or a current student of a Bachelor/Master degree
Field of study: Business Human Resources Hospitality or related
A first experience or substantial internship in a corporate or HR-related setting (hospitality sector is a plus)
Language (written and spoken): Fluent English required; French is a plus
