Operational Quality Lead

• Supervise mentor and develop a team of 8 QA Technicians across multiple shifts
• Schedule and allocate QA Resources to ensure 24/7 quality coverage
• Conduct regular team meetings performance reviews and training sessions
• Oversee in-process and finished product inspections sampling and testing
• Ensure adherence to GMP SQF HACCP ISO and other relevant standards
• Investigate and resolve quality deviations non-conformances and customer complaints
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA records logs and reports

Qualifications :

Minimum

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Microbiology or Food Science
• GFSI trained
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Be computer literate - Word and Excel.
• People management / leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred
• Knowledge of lean problem solving tools
• Internal Auditor Qualification
