Role Overview: The Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead with a training focus will be responsible for driving a culture of operational excellence across the manufacturing facility through the application of Lean Six Sigma and other CI methodologies. This role emphasizes the development and delivery of effective training programs to build CI capabilities at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Lead and support CI initiatives across the plant to improve productivity quality safety and cost. Facilitate Kaizen events root cause analyses value stream mapping and other CI tools. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Training and Capability Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs (classroom hands-on and digital) on Lean Six Sigma 5S problem solving standard work etc. Assess training needs at various organizational levels and tailor programs accordingly. Coach frontline teams supervisors and managers on CI tools and behaviors. Deliver flagship WOW trainings for the organization. Work with the TWC CI team to learn advanced WOW training materials and then simplify the training for delivery in a localized setting
- Program Development and Deployment: Develop and maintain standardized CI training materials and documentation. Collaborate with HR Quality and Operations to integrate CI into onboarding and ongoing training. Track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and performance metrics
- Change Management and Culture Building: Act as a change agent encouraging a CI mindset across the organization. Promote employee engagement through structured idea systems and recognition programs. Support cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements
- Train the Trainer: Train the trainers who will deliver technical trainings for the business. Create and manage the overall flagship trainings and specialized training calendars for NWVL. Assign training resources to deliver content in a timely and effective manner. Create evaluation criteria for training effectiveness
- Creation and Delivery of Specialized Trainings: Work with assigned trainers across NWVL to tailor training content for the business. Evaluate trainers on content delivery and work with trainees to ensure tangible results are realized
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report CI project savings training metrics and engagement levels. Monitor KPI improvements as a result of training and CI activities
- Quality and Compliance: Support FIJI Waters quality compliance safety and environmental initiatives by adhering to standard work processes regulatory standards and company rules and regulations
- Project Management: Manage key strategic projects for the business
Qualifications :

Minimum
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Industrial Management Business or related field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 2 years in a CI role
- Proven experience in delivering training and facilitating workshops
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma TPM and other CI tools
- Excellent communication facilitation and coaching skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Experience with adult learning principles or instructional design.
- Proficiency in CI software tools data visualization platforms and ERP systems
- Multilingual ability
