WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Global Process Owner for Payroll you will lead the governance of payroll and personnel administration processes. You will define development needs for upcoming business and legal requirements working closely with stakeholders across Finance HR IT and country payroll to align scope and ensure successful implementation.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Defining maintaining and improving global payroll and personnel administration processes
- Establishing and owning global controls governance and documentation within payroll
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements internal standards audit requirements and risk management
- Coordinating with stakeholders across Finance HR IT and country payroll to ensure clear scope and successful implementation
- Monitoring payroll KPIs data quality and control effectiveness

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience from a similar payroll or process owner role
- Has a strong understanding of payroll processes and personnel administration
- Quickly masters complex systems and has a flair for IT
- Works in a structured detail-oriented way with a high level of accuracy
- Communicates clearly in English both written and spoken Danish is an advantage
- Experience with IT development is considered a plus
