Office Manager (mfd)

The position is limited to two years.

• Als Organisationstalent sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Büroalltag und für eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre.
• Du lebst den Servicegedanken und arbeitest gerne in einem Team.
• Du bringst dich in unterschiedliche Aufgabenfelder wie z.B. Eventplanung Gesundheitsmanagement Raumplanung & -gestaltung usw. ein.
• Du stößt eigeninitiativ Projekte an um das Office noch professioneller und effizienter zu gestalten.

Qualifications :

• You have experience in the hotel industry gastronomy retail and/or have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
• Experience in organizing events as well as knowledge of inventory merchandise management and shipping would also be desirable.
• An independent structured and conscientious way of working is in your nature.
• You have a first-class service orientation and enjoy dealing with people.
• You have a very good command of German and English and are adept at using MS Office applications.

• Du hast Erfahrung in der Hotellerie Gastronomie Einzelhandel und/oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
• Wünschenswert wäre außerdem Erfahrung bei der Organisation von Events sowie Kenntnisse in Inventur Warenwirtschaft und Versand.
• Eine selbstständige strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise liegt in deiner Natur.
• Du bringst erstklassige Dienstleistungsorientierung mit und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und verfügst über einen versierten Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen.
