CEDA is seeking a well-organized and collaborative Business Service Coordinator to support communication and coordination between our operations and site services teams. You will act as the contract expert ensuring standard processes are followed and that all contractual requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
This position is based out of our Fort McMurray Alberta location and is a 12-month temporary position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with CEDAs standardized processes and all contractual terms and conditions.
- Verify and maintain 100% accuracy of LEM data entry within required timelines.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to streamline and improve site service workflows.
- Lead post-award contract administration including change management in alignment with CEDA policies and guidelines.
- Build strong partnerships with CEDA site operations teams and Client Site Billing teams to support consistent and successful back-office processes.
- Prepare contract status reports support audits and resolve contract-related issues.
- Provide monthly compliance audit summaries to the Director of Business Services.
- Manage contract close-out activities to ensure full compliance with internal guidelines.
- Engage cross-functionally with Operations Finance and other business units to verify contractual documentation meets policy requirements.
- Ensure supplier contracts follow proper approval channels and incorporate all required flow-down provisions.
- Maintain and update CEDAs Contractor/Supplier Contract database (SharePoint).
- Provide additional support as required
Role Specifications:
- 2-3 years of related experience in contracts administrative or a related field is required
- Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary considered an asset.
- General knowledge of internal processes site billing contractual obligations and payroll requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain excellent relationships with regional teams clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet both internal and external deadlines.
- Previous experience with Fieldglass is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint and Visio) is considered a strong asset
