Job Summary
Contract Transitions Specialist
Location: On-site Open-Space Office
Working Hours: Full-time 08:00 - 17:00
Responsibilities:
Support the team in processing contract transitions (contract takeovers asset sales contract terminations) for existing customers.
Guide customers through the contract transition process and respond to inquiries via email.
Act as a key interface between customers Customer Care Technical Customer Service Legal and Portfolio Management.
Assist in projects and drive process improvements.
Key Tasks:
Execute administrative tasks related to rental/loan contract transfers.
Create new customer accounts and transfer assets accordingly.
Update monitoring data and other relevant information using Salesforce and various web interfaces.
Qualifications :
German language skills at B2 level (mandatory).
Ideally some professional experience in the energy sector or an administrative field.
Proactive mindset you contribute ideas find solutions and understand operational processes comprehensively.
Structured analytical and detail-oriented working style.
A degree or vocational training is a plus but career changers are warmly welcomed!
