Head of Digital, Design and Delivery

About the role

This is a newly created leadership role and a rare opportunity to shape the future of digital at Chubb Life New Zealand. As Head of Digital Design and Delivery youll sit at the centre of our transformation agenda bringing together strategy design thinking and delivery excellence to lift our digital maturity and customer experience.

Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer youll lead a multidisciplinary team across digital design architecture change and delivery. Youll set the direction prioritise what matters most and turn ambition into action ensuring initiatives are delivered at pace with quality and with customers firmly at the centre.

This role exists because were investing evolving and doing things differently. Youll play a critical role in designing and executing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives modernising processes embedding new ways of working and enabling the business to grow through strong digital capability.

In this key role youll

• Set and lead Chubb Life NZs digital transformation strategy lifting digital maturity and customer outcomes

• Lead the design planning and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes and concurrent digital initiatives

• Build coach and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team across digital design change and delivery

• Partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to prioritise initiatives align outcomes and drive adoption

• Establish strong governance performance measures and risk management to ensure sustainable high-quality delivery

To be successful and grow in this role you will ideally bring the following

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital or enterprise transformation in complex organisations

• Strong people leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary teams

• Demonstrated success delivering multiple programmes or projects on time on budget and with impact

• Deep understanding of change management customer-centric design and modern delivery approaches

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence at executive level
