Working as part of the county Approved Mental Health Service these new positions of AMHP Assistant Practitioner/Mental Health Monitoring are an exciting and important position within the service enabling Norfolk County Council to deliver its statutory duties under the Mental Health Act. Working alongside a Team Manager Practice Consultants and over 70 Approved Mental Health Professionals across the county the post holders will be required to provide appropriate assistance and triage to cases open to the team. This will enable the team to manage referrals and allocations in a more direct informed and timely manner. As part of the team the post holder will also support the departmental duties to monitor activity required under the Mental Health Act.
