What your day to day looks like:

Scheduling and mobilising the Field Service team to and from various mine sites.
Coordinate inductions for current and new employees.
Ensuring compliance of site access for new and existing employees.
Maintain induction records and following up with workers to ensure compliance.
Coordinate pre-employment medical bookings.
Monitor and upload expiring documents and competencies into relevant system.
Raising and receipting purchase order numbers.
Ordering and tracking PPE.
Develop effective working relationships through consultation and engagement with our regional maintenance team.
Confirm all timesheets have been submitted.
Verify any leave requests RDOs or shift changes are accurately recorded.

What well need from you:

Previous experience in a mobilisation and onboarding role within the resources sector.
A high level of customer service.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Advanced level of computer skills (MS Word Excel)
Must hold a current manual Australian Drivers Licence.
