The Role:
In this role you will partner in the execution of business plans for manufacturing operations and will be responsible in providing support to help those operations achieve BPD plans and important metric objectives. The role expectations also includes strategic and innovative thinking to look ahead and develop manufacturing operational framework strategies for the future. Work is of a high-level technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of GMS and standardized launch processes - focusing on Safety People Quality Responsiveness Cost and Environment (SPQRCE). Work involves a considerable amount of initiative in decision-making accompanied by a high level of independent discernment. You will provide assistance in analyzing and solving complex manufacturing problems and assist in obtaining resources to effectively perform operations.
